APPRENTICE

Paul, a Brecksville native, developed a strong work ethic and team spirit playing rugby for Walsh Jesuit High School. Following graduation, his passion for cars led him to Cuyahoga Valley Career Center, where he pursued formal automotive training.

In the summer of 2023, Paul began an apprenticeship with Joe, seamlessly integrating his classroom learning with practical experience through a work-based learning program. He graduated from the Career Center's program in 2024, having spent the final year working directly within the shop.



In just one year since completing his education, Paul has demonstrated remarkable proficiency, handling everything from routine maintenance to complex transmission and engine replacements. His unwavering work ethic, coupled with an insatiable desire to learn, positions him as a promising talent with a bright future in the automotive industry.
